By agreeing to the following the
Terms & Conditions for submission of
a particular Event and/or Venue, you
acknowledge and concede to the
following:
1. The information provide by you is
accurate and truthful to the fullest
extent. If there are nay changes to
your event/venue plans, you are
responsible to notify New Goth
City as soon as possible via
email at
contact@newgothcity.com.
2. This service is FREE to you, and
the listings are created as a
first-come-first-serve basis, until
listed in a chronological or
alphabetical order when applicable.
Under no circumstances will payment
be accented by New Goth City
or any of its employees, partners,
or associates, for preferred
treatment of one's event over
another.
3. New Goth City is not to be
held liable and/or responsible for
any legal action(s) that may arise
because, at, or due to your
event/venue. New Goth City's
service is purely informational, and
is in no way to be assumed or
inferred that New Goth City
is legally connected, in partnership
with, or associated financially with
your Company, Event, or Venue,
unless indicated otherwise.
4. New Goth City does not
condone, promote, accept, advocate,
encourage, endorse, solicit, and/or
agree with any illegal activities
that may willingly, or unwillingly
occur or that are part of your
event/venue.
5. New Goth City has the
right to refuse any event/venue that
it deems to not fit into the
pre-established themes of Goth,
Industrials, and or Fetish. Any
dispute or reconsideration may be
emailed to
contact@newgothcity.com.
6. New Goth City will list
your event/venue's information as
accurately as possible; however,
typos, errors, and/or omissions
might sometimes occur. While this is
primarily our responsibility to
correct, we ask that you, too, take
the responsibility to review your
event/venue listing information for
any such errors and notify New
Goth City as soon as possible as
to correct the listing.
7. Any graphics and/or photos submitted for
listing purposes to New Goth City
is subject to editing for sizing
and layout purposes only. Under no
circumstances will New Goth City
completely alter, change, and/or
misrepresent your promotional
graphic, theme, and/or information
without proper written permission by
you.
8. If, for any reason, your
event/venue terminates, is
cancelled, or is closed down, you
agree to notify New Goth City
of this as soon as possible as to
properly remove your current and/or
future listings.
9. New Goth City has the
right to amend, change, reconstruct,
tweak, or rephrase these Terms and
Conditions as it sees fit; however,
any changes to these Terms &
Conditions will be accompanied by a
notification to any and all event
organizers/ promoters that have been
previously agreed to them and have
been list with New Goth City.
The notification will be sent
to your contact email.
